Walked in and felt like we just landed in Jamaica! Waitress was cool as hell owner was great to talk with and the food was perfect. Saw this on Texas Bucket list and decided to go see for ourselves. Will definitely be back when we are anywhere near!
What a surprise! You have no idea when you drive up how large this place is. It is a tropical paradise in the Hill Country. Great little bar area. Other areas with space for dining and drinking. Then just wander around in the garden areas and you'll find more seating and an entertainment area. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the food is tasty and reasonably priced. Drinks are good and they have a few Texas craft beers on n in tap. Don't pass this place by. You might even get to meet Jim!
Like no other! 5 star atmosphere. We’ve lived in the area over 10 years and no one has mentioned this place. We went for the first time a week ago as a result of accidental discovery. Very unique tropical experience in the middle of the hill country. Can’t wait to go back, relax, have a drink and enjoy the vibe!
As we enter the restaurant, it was like entering into another world, transporting me to the caribean, close to home and to my heart. There were tables with island names as if each table was a diferent island. Outside in nature, and with a lot of privacy. I quickly ordered a pina colada, one of the drinks of my island. It was a very good experience, the food was realy good and the vibe was very nice. The people are nice and take good care of the place. I would recommend getting the cheese burger and the boneless wings, with a pina colada. Note: You might want to let them know when you are ready to order.
Food is basic and kinda expensive for what you get,but not terrible! Everything else was great! My kids loved the atmosphere it feels like you’re near the beach and not in some tiny town. Make sure to be wearing mosquito repellent though.
My friend, Dana & I, went to visit this place 07/17/21. How cool it was. If you want to go to Hawaii & can't afford it, this place is definitely the right get away for you! The landscaping to the wall art & set up, BEAUTIFUL!!! Jacobi, our server, has a beautiful spirit! Please, don't lose her!!! We appreciate your hard work. We tasted the Toucan toothpicks, fish tacos, queso & cheese with beef, omg!!!! We also had alcoholic beverages, the ISLAND SPECIALTY The presentation of the food, STELLAR! Great job you all. We will definitely be back to visit!
Loved the atmosphere! The food was fast and my margarita made me think I was in the Caribbean! Server with pink hair was awesome even though we had like 10 kids with us!
Friendly staff, great service. Margaritas were good, but you have to try their Pina Coladas.
